Welcome to my blog! For those of you that don't know me personally, my name is Michelle and I have had Multiple Sclerosis for six years. One of the tools I use to fight my MS is the Swank MS Diet (www.swankmsdiet.com). This diet is low in fat, extremely healthy, and has taken a major life change in order to stick to. However, while being on this diet for the last three years I have found that eating healthy can be REALLY tasty!
I plan on using this blog to share all the extremely delicious recipes I have either attained or recreated over the past three years. I have recipes for appetizers, dinners, desserts, parties, and much more!
