&lt;p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 10.0px Verdana"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;1 teaspoon dried tarragon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; Add steak strips and sauté quickly until browned. Transfer the cooked pieces onto a plate and cover loosely with aluminum foil to keep warm.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 10.0px Verdana; min-height: 12.0px"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 10.0px Verdana"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="  "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"&gt;Reduce heat to low, add onion and garlic; sauté until soft and the onions are translucent. Stir in the mushroom soup, mushrooms, tarragon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; simmer until mushrooms are cooked. Add sour cream, milk, steak strips; stir until well blended.  Add more Worcestershire sauce,salt, and pepper to taste. style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;- 6 cups of roasted fall vegetables (see above recipe)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;- 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 1/2 of a lemon)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;- 1/4 of a cup of 2 percent milk &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet blender with 1 cup of water. To do this, stack fresh basil leaves one on top of the other until you get several leaves. Then roll up the leaves. Slice very thin slices off of the little roll of leaves. You will get a very thin shredded look to the basil without bruising the leaves. Mince the thyme and oregano as well as the garlic.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 10.0px Verdana"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 10.0px Verdana"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;Combine tomatoes, chopped garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar in a glass or plastic bowl. Slice baguettes on the diagonal in thin slices. Drizzle the slices with olive oil and bake the bread in the oven for about 10 minutes or until toasted. Add 2 cup of the powdered sugar gradually, beating constantly. Add 1/4 cup of milk and the vanilla; slowly beat them in. Slowly beat in the rest of the powdered sugar and another 1/4 of milk. If necessary, add a little more milk if frosting is not spreadable. Pour off any excess oil and turkey remnants. Return all the meatballs to the pan. Add the marinara sauce. Simmer over medium-low until the sauce thickens slightly and the flavors blend, about 10 minutes. Begin cooking the spaghetti in salted boiling water. Make sure that the chicken is completely coated in the saltine crumbs. I recommend that you only use one hand to do this, otherwise you will have a complete mess. For those of you that don't know me personally, my name is Michelle and I have had Multiple Sclerosis for six years.  One of the tools I use to fight my MS is the Swank MS Diet (www.swankmsdiet.com).  This diet is low in fat, extremely healthy, and has taken a major life change in order to stick to.
